Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day and next-day delivery is available based on current inventory and your location in the Tri-Cities area. We understand that plans don't always give advance notice, so we do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Contact us as early in the day as possible to maximize same-day availability.
How often will my unit be cleaned and serviced?
Weekly cleaning is included with every rental — no extra charge, no scheduling hassle. Our service teams follow ACE's premium cleaning procedures on every visit. We like to say we clean them as if Grandma were the next person stepping in. We guarantee our service day, so you always know when to expect us.
How many portable toilets do I need for my event?
A general guideline is one standard unit per 50 guests for events lasting up to 4 hours. For longer events, outdoor festivals, or job sites with continuous use, plan for one unit per 10 workers per 40-hour week. We're happy to help you calculate the right number — just tell us your expected attendance, event duration, and whether alcohol will be served (which increases restroom usage significantly).
Do You Provide Wheel Chair Accessible Units?
yes, our handicapped porta potty, wheelchair‑accessible restrooms with wide entry, grab bars for stability, flat floor entrance and roomy interior. Clean, safe, and convenient for any site or event.
Do you offer RV Pump Outs?
Yes we do. We come to you to do your RV Pump Out at your space, home, or wherever you may be.

We include a complimentary inspection with every septic tank pump , full septic system interior components and performance inspection on all gravity flow, engineered and pressurized septic systems. – we don’t just pump it out part of it and leave, we do it all the way to ensure your septic system lasts a lifetime. How often should I have my septic tank pumped?
For most households, pumping every 3 to 5 years is sufficient. However, this varies based on tank size, the number of people in the household, and usage patterns. Larger families or properties with heavy water use may need service more frequently. Regular pumping prevents costly backups, drain field damage, and environmental contamination. If you're unsure of the last service date, it's always worth scheduling an inspection.
